Art Sale

To help cover some of the costs for my upcoming tour with Chuck Ragan I am going to be selling some art in all shapes and sizes. My hope is that some of them are small enough that if you’ve ever tried to bid on a larger piece and missed out, now’s your chance. I only have a month left so I’m not sure how many I will be able to do (especially considering that I normally paint standing up and this ankle thing is really messing that up) but I’m determined to do my best. If you get sick of me peddlin’ my wears maybe unsubscribe for a bit Here is the first in a series of literature inspired pieces that are “book sized”… 5X7 inches, to be exact

Happy New Year

Happy New Year.

Last year I made a resolution. Well, I made a lot of resolutions. If you’ve been following this blog you know how much I love resolutions. Not just on days like today. Any old time, really.

Last year I decided I was going to Make Art.

I made a lot of art…a kids book, some pencil crayon drawings that I included with orders from the Online Store and then I decided I was going to learn to paint and sold my first four pieces.

The only thing that I really want to do from now on is make More Art. So, I will do that.

My painting Five is now on eBay. There are some pictures attached below. I have also posted a video on YouTube, a cover of the song Jolene by Ray Lamontagne.

“Don’t think about making art, just get it done. Let everyone else decide if it’s good or bad, whether they love it or hate it. While they are deciding, make even more art.”
